InterNIC Directory & Database Services

We read about the L'Unione Sarda newspaper and its WWW server and would like 
to introduce you to the InterNIC, the Network Information Service sponsored 
by the National Science Foundation (NSF).  The InterNIC provides support in 
three areas.

   -   Information Services provided by General Atomics/CERFnet
   -   Registration Services provided by Network Solutions, Inc.
   -   Directory and Database Services provided by AT&T

If you want more information about InterNIC in general, send email to the 
InterNIC Reference Desk at info@internic.net.

We would like to invite you to store a listing in the Directory of 
Directories,a yellow pages directory of resources available to the 
Internet. This Directory enables users to easily obtain references 
to information resources, products and services associated with the 
Internet.
 
We know that the Directory of Directories needs many entries to be successful.
If you know anyone else who might want to set up a listing, please pass on 
this message, or send us a note.
